Bell pepper-infused vodka
Ingredients: 1 part bell peppers, quartered and seeded; 1 part vodka. Seal in an airtight jar and shake; let steep for 3 days.

I’m not a big fan of bell peppers, but there were some bell pepppers sitting around and they were going to go bad unless I used them for SOMETHING. So of course I decided to use them to make liquor.
When the vodka is finished steeping, it’s a light yellow color and you can really smell and taste the bell peppers. Pretty interesting flavor, especially in a cocktail.
