Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

Kentucky apple sour Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz bourbon (I used apple-infused bourbon), 1/2 oz Grand Marnier, 1/2 oz apple juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Source: DIY Cocktails This one was a little too sweet for me, but I did use apple-infused bourbon, so maybe that influenced it.
