B&B Ingredients: 1 oz Benedictine, 1 oz brandy. Pour brandy into a snifter, then use the back of a spoon to “float” the brandy on top (I’m not sure why). Can be served on the rocks or straight-up. Source: cocktails.about.com This is an after-dinner cocktail like the ferrari or grandfather, except instead of using amaretto this uses Benedictine, a French herbal-infused liqueur with a cognac base. Perfect on a cold winter night! You can also buy pre-mixed B&B made by the Benedictine company at the liquor store.
