Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

Barbados Ingredients: 2 oz chocolate-infused rum, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 1 dash orange bitters. Stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Source: DIY Cocktails This is basically a chocolate martini—and actual chocolate martini, not one of those “martinis” that are actually closer to alexanders. I wasn’t sure how this would work out, but it was really really tasty. The chocolate taste was amazing! Definitely recommend.
