Pendleton sidecar Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Pendleton whiskey, 3/4 oz triple-sec, 1/4 oz lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Source: pendletonwhisky.com I couldn’t resist trying this recipe for a whiskey sidecar, but it didn’t have that balance of tart, sweet, and strong I look for in a sidecar.
