Ingredients: 3 oz Pendleton whiskey, dash of sweet vermouth, dash of bitters (I prefer orange). Stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
You all know I have my perfect recipe for manhattans, but that doesn’t mean I’m not willing to try a new one. And if I could drink Pendleton whiskey all the time, I would definitely go with this recipe. It is absolutely delicious—the perfect balance of sweet and strong, and it really lets the flavor of the whiskey shine through. Definitely recommend both the whiskey and the recipe!
