Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz amaretto, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 tsp powdered sugar. Build in a glass and top with 3 oz club soda.
I decided to adapt the Tom Collins for amaretto because hey, why not? This was sweet and good for a light dessert drink.
