Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

Cider & bourbon Ingredients: 3 oz apple cider, 2 oz bourbon (I used apple-cinnamon infused bourbon), 1/2 a cinnamon stick, 5 cardamom pods, 5 whole cloves. Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Source: two-tarts.com This cocktail was amazing! So apple-y and with such rich, complex flavors because of the spices. Loved it! Perfect fall drink.
