Corpse reviver Ingredients: 2 oz apple brandy (sometimes known as applejack), 3/4 oz brandy, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth. Stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Source: cocktails.about.com This was originally invented as a hangover cure “to be taken before 11 AM.” I guess it was supposed to cure your hangover by making you drunk? Anyway, it’s a great name for a Halloween cocktail, and it actually tastes pretty damn good!
